In our society health is often associated with physical fitness, whereas mental health is still a difficult topic with shame and stigma attached to it. However, it's a fact that most of us are at some point in our lives faced with mental health issues personally, or through a friend or family memeber. This is why I want to support all work done for this personal and important issue. Participating in to your first running event is cool, but it's even more courageous to speak up about difficult things and do something good. I'm super grateful for anyone supporting me in my first half marathon and donating for The Finnish Association for Mental Health.
